Backorder Policy
At YoshiParts, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and products. However, sometimes there may be a delay in fulfilling an order due to a back-ordered part. In such cases, we have a backorder policy to ensure that our customers are kept informed and satisfied.
In the event that an ordered part is on backorder, we will notify the customer as soon as possible, via phone or email. We will provide an estimated date of availability, which may be subject to change based on factors beyond our control.
We may hold the entire order until the back-ordered part is available, unless the customer requests otherwise.
If the customer wishes to receive the available items immediately and have the back-ordered item shipped separately, we will accommodate this request. In such cases, we may charge additional shipping fees for the separate shipment.
Occasionally, the price of a back-ordered item may change before it becomes available. In such cases, we will inform the customer of the new price and request their confirmation before proceeding with the order.
We understand that backorders can be inconvenient and frustrating for our customers, and we do our best to minimize such occurrences. However, when they do happen, we will communicate transparently and provide options to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.
