Shipping and Delivery
At YoshiParts, we ship orders from our office in Japan on weekdays (Monday through Friday) via trusted shipping partners such as EMS, FedEx, DHL, UPS and more depending on your destination country. We provide full tracking for them. This means that you can easily keep track of your genuine parts as they make their way to you, giving you added assurance that your order is on its way.
Our team is dedicated to shipping orders as quickly as possible. When parts are in stock, we aim to ship them within 3-6 working days, depending on the brand.
If the parts you need are not in stock, our customer service team will reach out to you through email or phone to let you know the expected date when your order will be completely prepared.
If you're placing an order for large parts such as body panels, bumpers, cargo carriers, cowlings, a completed engine, exhausts, fenders, forks, frames, grilles, roof racks, transmission, wheels, windshields, etc please be aware that an additional charge may apply on top of the current shipping costs. This is due to the size and weight of these parts. If you're unsure whether this applies to your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for clarification.
Note: Yoshiparts may invoice the customer for additional shipping costs if a shipment exceeds the maximum permissible package size of 300 cm (1x longest side + 2x medium side length + 2x shortest side length) after the order has been placed. Payment for these costs must be made through payment methods deemed acceptable by YoshiParts. The customer will receive the invoice and payment request via email.
