Cancellation Policy

YoshiParts functions as an online retail business. We strive to maintain the availability of the most in-demand spare parts and accessories, but we cannot have all 20 million original parts in stock. Therefore, if your vehicle is more than 10 years old, or you need a body part or interior part, we will order it for you from the manufacturer's official distribution network.

After placing an order with the manufacturer's official distribution network, we cannot cancel the order without penalty charges. Please familiarize yourself with our order cancellation policy.

Please ensure you understand our cancellation policy thoroughly before completing your purchase.

The cancellation policy is effective until the order is shipped. Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the order return policy comes into force.

Cancellation within 24 hours

If you decide to cancel your paid order, we will not charge any cancellation fees. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, the 24-hour period begins from Monday at 12 AM.

Item cost: 100% refundable
Shipping cost: 100% refundable

Cancellation after 24 hours

Please note we do not collect parts in the shipping warehouse. We will clarify whether your order has started processing. If not, we can cancel it without fees. If your order is already in the process, we need to request cancellation from the distributor.

In cases where your order is already in process, we are required to request cancellation from the distributor. Please note that the fee for cancellation is imposed by the parts distributor, not by our company.

Item cost: 70% refundable (30% cancelation fee)
Shipping cost: 100% refundable

Cancellation back-ordered parts

If parts in your order fall into backorder, we will let you know the anticipated delivery timelines. It's important to understand that if you agree to wait for these parts and later decide to cancel your order, the manufacturer also retains a 30% cancellation fee.
