Return Policy

We work hard to help our customers with every step of their order, from picking the right part to buying it and getting it delivered. We want to make buying parts easy and trouble-free. So, if you're not sure you've picked the right parts, please feel free to ask our technical team for help.

Please ensure you understand our Return Policy thoroughly before completing your purchase.

This policy becomes effective from the moment your order is handed over to the shipping company. Prior to this point, our Cancellation Policy applies.

If we incorrectly selected parts by your request

If you sought assistance from our technical specialists and provided the required details of your vehicle such as VIN, color, and engine number, but we incorrectly selected the parts, we will ask you to return the parts to our warehouse. We will refund the full cost of your order and cover the shipping cost for the return.

Alternatively, we can offer options to exchange the parts for those you actually need.

Parts must be returned in their original factory packaging, free from any signs of use or installation. If such signs are present, we will be compelled to deny the return of these parts.

Parts must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If we are not notified within this period, the order will be assumed to have been delivered in good condition, and you will have no claims against it.

If parts were lost or damaged during shipping

If you discover that your package has arrived with damaged packaging, missing parts, or clear signs of tampering such as cuts or openings on the box, please take photos and videos in the presence of the courier. Draft a damage report and photograph it.

If you receive a package from a courier in your absence and upon inspection notice that the packaging is damaged, please record a video of the unboxing and contact us immediately if you find that the contents inside are lost or damaged.

As soon as possible, provide us with the photo and video evidence, as well as a copy of the damage report. We will then contact the shipping company and endeavor to expedite the resolution of this issue.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved by the shipping company, we will offer you a replacement or a refund for the cost of the damaged or missing parts.

The claim must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. If we are not notified within this period, the order will be assumed to have been delivered in good condition, and you will have no claims against it.

If you incorrectly selected parts

Our technical specialists can always assist you in checking the compatibility of parts with your vehicle. If you did not consult with us prior to making the purchase and received the wrong parts, we cannot accept them for return or exchange.

Automakers and YoshiParts do not facilitate such returns. To avoid any confusion, please consult our technical specialist if you are unsure about the compatibility before completing the purchase.

If you change your mind after receiving parts

We always strive to provide you with the best service in selecting and purchasing parts. However, if you no longer need the parts after receiving them, we are unable to accept these parts back for exchange or refund.

Automotive manufacturers, and consequently YoshiParts, unfortunately do not accommodate returns or exchanges of parts. Please ensure the accuracy of your parts selection and their necessity for your needs before making the payment.

If you were unable to receive the order and It returned

If an order was shipped but you were unable to receive it for reasons beyond YoshiParts' control, and the order was returned to our YoshiParts warehouse, we can reship the order to you.

However, you will be responsible for paying double the shipping costs: the cost of returning the order to our warehouse plus the cost of reshipping it to you.

If the order has been returned and we are unable to contact you or arrange for reshipment within 2 months, the order will be considered completed, and the ordered parts will be disposed of.

Please ensure that you review and understand these cancellation policies before you pay the order. We aim to provide clear and fair procedures for cancellations based on the specific circumstances of each order.

Honestly the best way to get oem parts direct from Japan. Ordered a wheel bearing hub, bushings, and sunroof seal for my lexus gs 350. All parts came neatly packaged and all parts were as described. Saved a couple hundred bucks too even with the shipping charge to the US from Japan. They take about a week to ship but once they ship it’s at your front door within a matter of days. Very professional company as well, I forgot to add my apartment number in my address and contacted them with the correct information. They updated my address promptly. Will 100% be returning to order parts for my car in the future.

Thank you, yoshiparts.com for the responsive customer service and for being a reliable source of parts for my older 1994 Toyota. I have ordered from yoshi three times within 2022. The first two orders were received timely and with no problems. The third order was not received at all. According to yoshi's shipper, the parcel was lost somewhere within the U.S. Postal System so, it was not yoshi's fault. A replacement order was shipped and received. The only reason for giving them 4 stars instead of 5 was the length of time and effort that it took to convince them to send a replacement order.

Basically, this is my 6th time ordering parts for my XRs (which is hard to find these days). Item shipped immediately and aside from the covid-19 delays which is understandable, the package is packed well! More so, I am genuinely happy about the updates whether the item I added to my cart is available or not. It's hassle free, I've had troubles on my previous orders but they refunded it full, quickly, to my bank account and giving me updates.
